Beso Restaurant & Kiss Lounge is the first Los Angeles collaboration between Eva Longoria and celebrity Chef Todd English. Adjacent to the Pantages Theatre in Holly-wood, Beso fuses Latin flavor with classic steakhouse cuisine to create an eclectic and contemporary menu. Beso offers complimentary valet parking for all dining guests prior to shows at the Hollywood Bowl or the Pantages. From all natural Brandt Beef, fresh seafood prepared in a wood burning oven, salads, flatbreads and seasonal specials, Beso Restaurant delivers delicious selections. The romantic, candlelit dining room features wrap-around booths & overstuffed chairs for comfort and privacy. Enjoy light bites in the lounge and sample unique tequilas, a cocktail or glass of wine from the extensive wine list featuring eclectic Spanish & domestic selections. On Monday all wines over $60 are half price with dinner.
Todd English, yet another East Coast chef gone westward, has enlisted the help of Eva Longoria to give his famous Olives restaurant a Spanish twist both in flavor and name--"beso" is the Spanish word for "kiss." The two-story space, opened in 2007, is just what one would expect from a Hollywood hot spot: Huge sparkly chandeliers, twinkling candlelit tables and lots of girls in halter tops. The menu features Latin-tinged fare like shrimp-and-chorizo flatbread, seafood paella, chili-rubbed steak and a slew of unusual tacos, but the real reason sceney types flock here (aside from the Longoria connection) is the adult juice bar--a glammed-up lounge where mixologists whip up signature cocktails like the Blueberry Patch (gin, St. Germain, fresh limeade and blueberries) and C Clearly martini, a concoction of Domaine de Canton, vodka, carrot juice and fresh orange juice.
Fun Fact

Not one to go unnoticed, Longoria has ensured her favorite family recipes, such as her famous guacamole, have a home on the menu.

Know Before You Go

The bar stays open later than the main dining room. Monday through Thursday from 6pm-12am; Sundays from 6pm-2am.

Kiss

Beso is located right on the Hollywood strip near Cinespace so if you want to dine and cruise the strip, you're welcome to. Although the late night scene at Beso gets pretty rowdy. Many people stay and drink until the wee hours. The food here is good, it's a trendy little place, and in a good location. Just bring a hefty wallet.

Oh and please call it Beso (bay-so) not Besso like bes(minus t)- o. Huge pet peeve of mine.
Kiss!

Totally worth the hype!

I had dinner here quite simply because friends from out of town wanted to see "famous people." I figured this might be a good bet ... and I was right. I usually find that at places so hyped and paparrazied the service and food is mediocre. Beso was a great surprise.

We sat in the lounge because we hadn't made a reservation - our server was awesome and paid just as much attention to us than she did to her restaurant tables. She was dead on about her food/drink suggestions and didn't seem to be in a hurry to take our orders. The food was amazing and unlike some tapas places the servings were large.

Love it and would recommend to anyone.

A perfect place for a night out with good friends

We chose this restaurant to introduce our friends who just moved to LA to Hollywood. Put simply, we had a fantastic time.

The restaurant is located near the Cahuenga bars and we ended up staying the entire night. The whole time we were enjoying drinks and small dishes. We had the paella which was great.

decent food, good drinks. good place to have dinner before heading out in Hollywood. The waitstaff is nice, but the hostesses are not so friendly. My only recommendation is to stay from the chicken dishes, almost every dish I have tried is really dry.
