I too have been enchanted by Mr. Rosco's succelent chicken and his mesmerizing waffles. When I first dwelled into that establishment I balked at the menu saying to myself, "Waffles with chicken? Blasphemy!" Then my order came. And I fell in love. I only allow myself to go there once a year because if I went everyday.... well... we need not think about that. Your review was spot on. It was informative. Spectacular. Delicious. Well done, David. Well done.

If you’ve never been to Rosco House of Chicken & Waffle, you’ve yet to live life. I know the thought of a chicken waffle pairing sounds ridiculous, but I assure you it is not. The soft fluffy waffle soaked in maple syrup and sweet churned butter followed by a crispy seasoned southern fried chicken will blow your mind. I suggest ordering #13, the Carol C special- one delicious waffle and one succulent breast. Also, get a side order of french fries, candied yams or macaroni and cheesy, they’re all soul food delicacies. After you’re done, you will not only be comforted by the food, but you’ll be cooler by the experience.

Before I moved to LA I kept hearing so much about this place. I made sure to make this my first visit and I was definitely fulfilled. Because of it's popularity, you have to wait a bit to get seated but the cool factor is you end up meeting some interesting people from all over the world who are just as excited to get in an experience the food. I recommend the Jenny Jones.
