Just over a dozen booths and tables are filled with regulars here for the Early Bird Special; families share the huge portions and health-conscious munchers come directly from yoga class. Most entrees are served with standard sides like soup, salad, rice, potato and steamed vegetables; the portions are so large that one serving will usually satisfy two people.
