Joe's is the kind of place that welcomes you in warmly and feeds you delicious seafood. But it doesn't stop there. It's here that good food, good times, and good memories are created everyday. Admittedly kitschy, unavoidably noisy, this Red Lobster for rug rats is like an oversized seaside shanty awash in oceanic memorabilia--fishing nets, souvenir trinkets, plastic flotsam and jetsam. Staffed with a lively crew of G-rated table-dancing servers, the family-friendly chain anchors its menu in all things crab: Crab balls, crab cakes, crab dip, crab gumbo. Finicky children opt for corndogs or hamburgers; shellfish-phobic adults dine on rib eye steak or mesquite-grilled chicken.

A fun place to be, with a GORGEOUS view

the food is great

the shark drink is COOL!

the service was B level when I visited

but they still manage to do the singing & dancing portion which is a must to experience, at least once

Pricey indeed, but as usual, for a reason; TRY IT if you are into having fun, seafood & beautiful views

The best place to embarrass your friends!

Joe's Crab Shack is mostly known for the seriously embarrassing things they make people do on their birthdays. If you want a laugh, take a friend here for their birthday....they'll usually be forced to put on a crab hat, a snorkeling mask or otherwise strange outfit, and are then given a task that most often involves running through the restaurant, climbing on things, and yelling very loud. The food is quite good here, though their commercials are REALLY annoying. Don't come here if you're looking for a quiet night out. It's a super loud and rowdy place. Very fun to take a bunch of friends to, for a crazy night of seafood and angry waiters (the waiters are rude to you on purpose).
