This buffet has a wide selection of styles of food to choose from, unlike most of it's counterparts here in the area. You can choose all you can eat entrees from various categories like Seafood, Chinese, Sushi, Mongolian BBQ, Italian/Pizzaria/Pastas, roast beef steak ham, Fried Foods, Exotic Cuisine, as well as the typical Fruit/Salad bar, and Dessert bar.
The quality of the food is usually excellent, and you get such a selection to choose from, if you find something you have a distaste for, simply try something else! They also have a lot of food that would be expensive otherwise, and you can easily get your money's worth in the food you eat, such as sushi, oysters, elaborately cooked fish and meat, ribs, dim sum, etc.
Me and my best friend are commoners here, when we feel the need to binge on 3, 4+ plates.
The prices are not as bad as you would think, and actually are average for an all you can eat atmosphere. 10-12$ depending on what time of the day. They are also open for lunch. The seating is nice, you can sit in a secluded section of the restaurant, for more privacy, or sit in comfy booths right next to the serving area for quick access to all the grub.
The service is nice, and though you have to pay extra for each drink you order (aside from water), I'd say overall the staff are attentive to you, available promptly by request, and do a great job of keeping the place clean and friendly, and clearing your unwanted dishes. They stay open until 9:30 at night, so if you want a late night meal, you'd better plan not to stay TOO late. Me and my friend usually spend 2 hours eating all we can, after a full day fast to prepare ourselves. :) You even get a little fortune cookie at the end of each meal!
Overall, I'd say this restaurant/buffet deserves a B+ on my scale.
Pros: Nice selection, good food, mostly fair price, good service, plenty of seating (no waiting / reservation)
Cons: Drinks are not part of the buffet, you have to pay for them separately, and for each refill, and they don't have quite the selection on drinks as they do food, like JJ Norths or Hometown. You also can't have a to-go container for leftovers, but I suppose that's expected at a buffet. Eat all you can eat, while you're here in the restaurant.
Overall: Great place to eat. Check it out!
